We are based in Bayswater and provide a broad range of land surveying services throughout Melbourne. Our plans are available in PDF, DWG, and with additional 3D surface data. We also provide the best and top-class services such as subdivision of land & units, council liason for certified plans & statements of compliance, set out of housing & units, neighbourhood description & site analysis plan and title boundary re-establishment. A plan outlining the neighbourhood character and current conditions of the general region surrounding the land is required by Council before the Town Planning & Subdivision process can begin. For our customers, we will create that plan. To discover all pertinent features and levels, we will employ a variety of sources, including reconnaissance of the site and its surrounding structures.
