We also have special classes for Kids, Teenagers, and Ladies. There is plenty of choices giving you flexibility over more than 30 classes over 7 days a week. Evolution MMA has a family and friendly environment. All the classes are taught by our top coaches, same coaches that train our Pro MMA Competition Team. If you’d like to increase your fitness level and stamina, lose weight or tone up – Our gym is the place for you. Building strength is not only healthy but it makes you look great as well. As you know, fighters work hard to stay light, strong and lean; they place a lot of emphasis on cardio and endurance and are always in peak physical shape, which is what makes MMA ideal for you.
