General information

The cool climate Sassy Wines of Orange N.S.W. results in a slow ripening and maturation of grapes that leads to flavoursome and elegant wines. The vineyard is located 12km east of the cool climate wine district of Orange, NSW.
Sassy Wines Orange NSW philosophy is to incorporate all aspects of our vineyard and working farm to produce fine, elegant, interesting,satisfying wines, which stimulate both the palate and the mind without emptying the pocket, both yours and ours! Both organic and bio-dynamic principles are used in the vineyard, along with the least invasive conventional methods.
