Sarovara Yoga

General information

I have been lucky enough to have practiced yoga with Reiku for a number of years now and can honestly claim her as one of my favourite teachers. Her instruction is seamless, intuitive and well-paced. She reads the mood and needs of the room, to the extent that I leave a class thinking “that’s exactly what I needed today!” and “how did Reiku know that’s how I was feeling?”. This is all part of the power and influence that Reiku’s teaching and practice can have on you. There is a flow in her sequence that can carry you in a way that enables both mind and spirit to feel both a sense of calm and alertness.  I like the strength that Reiku’s classes bring, always moving effortlessly, due to her expert instruction.  Reiku also has a great sense of humour, and it’s with this, as well as her spiritual insight that can enable the class to feel so natural and authentic, no matter your world view.
