Jason Hook as a chef with over 20 years of experience in event caterings, hotels & restaurants in UK and Australia, I have continuously been collecting a variety of knowledge and understanding in food which gave me confident to step up the challenge and started my own business trading as Nouvelle Cuisine in 2010.Crafty cook is a brand name under Nouvelle Cuisine representing creative, honest home cooked dishes with touch of Asian twist into Western cuisine. Our team strives to provide best quality of food using freshest ingredients without the price tag.
