On the 25th February 1933, John Hawkins Snr sold 1 gallon of petrol for 1/7½d (one shilling seven pence halfpenny), 1 gallon Paraffin for 11d (eleven pence) and 1lb Carbide for 4d (four pence). Hawkin's Motors has been in operation ever since!
Our St Stephen branch has been selling Peugeot's since 1973.
